- Leasehold, 99 years (expiring 16 November 2121). The land cannot be transferred, leased or charged without consent from the Federal Territory Land Executive Committee.
- When will it be completed?
- Expected completion: around end-2026. The vacant possession (VP) date is governed by the Sale and Purchase Agreement and the developer's written notice.
- What are Types A to D?
- Type A: 1+1 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 550 sq ft. Type B: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 730 sq ft. Types C and D are both 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 920 sq ft, with different layouts. All four plans can be compared side by side at the same scale.
- How much does it cost?
- The price depends on the layout, the floor and the facing; no single price applies to every unit. Ask Kevin for the current price list.
- Who is the developer?
- The developer is L & T Realty Sdn. Bhd. (283227-T), part of TSLAW Land (TSLAW Group). Kevin Lee markets the project; he is not on the developer's staff.
- How are Type C and Type D different?
- Type C: the master bedroom and the second bedroom sit side by side at the top. The third bedroom is in the middle, next to the dining area, and the two bathrooms are side by side at the lower left. Type D: the master bedroom runs across the top, with its bathroom beside it. The second and third bedrooms are below, and the second bathroom sits above the second bedroom, jutting out.
- How many homes are there?
- Two towers with 1,838 homes: 941 in the first phase and 897 in the second.
- Which level are the facilities on?
- Most are on the level 11 deck, about 100,000 sq ft, around a 700-metre elevated running track. The developer marks 6 sky facilities on the roofs, on level 57 of Tower A and level 60 of Tower B.
- Is it furnished at handover?
- At handover: semi-furnished. The décor and loose furniture in the show units are for display only and do not come with the unit.
- Is it close to the MRT?
- Skyline Kuchai is on Jalan Kuchai Lama, by MRT Kuchai. For the walk from the building to the station, ask Kevin to walk it with you once.
- Is Skyline Kuchai in Kuala Lumpur or Selangor?
- Skyline Kuchai is on Jalan Kuchai Lama, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, by MRT Kuchai. It is not in Selangor.
- Does Kevin work for the developer?
- No. Kevin Lee is a Real Estate Negotiator (REN 14973) with FLP Realty Sdn. Bhd. (E (1) 1718). He markets Skyline Kuchai, and if you buy through him, he may be paid a commission by the developer.
