What to weigh
- Jalan Kuchai Lama is a main road. A sign keeps heavy vehicles off it 6.30–9.30am and 4.30–7.30pm, except Sundays and public holidays.
- Most shoplot streets have kerbside parking only, so allow time to find a space at mealtimes.
- New buildings are still going up, such as Skyline Kuchai (expected completion: around end-2026). Before you buy in an older building, ask for its management and maintenance records: upkeep varies with age.
